Visiting this website
This website is a static information website. Its application code does not use analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets, cookies, browser storage or enquiry forms. Images and fonts are served with the website rather than requested from an external image or font service.
The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, requested pages, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website. If you view a private review version through an authenticated platform, that platform also applies its own sign-in and privacy terms.
- Public hosting provider
- OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver and protect the website.
- Processing locations
- Hosting data may be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States and the European Economic Area, and in other countries where the providers and their service partners operate. Their privacy notices describe the applicable international transfer arrangements.
- Technical log retention
- Technical data is handled under the hosting providers' retention policies for service delivery, security and legal requirements. A fixed deletion period for this site's platform logs has not been independently confirmed; the provider notices below explain their retention criteria.

Contacting us by email
You can write to contact@mpbrokerage.ch. Our mailbox is provided by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. Email links open your chosen email application; the website does not send a message automatically. If you send an email, we process your email address, message and any attachments to respond to your enquiry and provide any assistance you agree with us.
Infomaniak processes email-service information under its confidentiality policy (opens in a new tab). Your own email provider and any recipients you include also process the correspondence under their own policies.
Contacting us through WhatsApp
WhatsApp links open an external service only when you select them. Merely viewing this website does not load a WhatsApp widget. A prepared message may appear in WhatsApp; you can edit it and decide whether to send it.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, preferred vehicle, budget or dealership details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and, where agreed with you, assist with sourcing or introductions.
WhatsApp is provided by Meta and processes information under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Its processing may take place outside Switzerland. Please review that policy before sharing information through the service.
Sharing information
Where an introduction requires sharing your contact details or sourcing requirements with an automotive specialist or dealership, we agree the scope of that introduction with you first. Depending on your enquiry, a recipient may be in Switzerland or another European country. Service providers involved in communications or hosting may also process information to deliver their services. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Retention
Our policy is to keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request, provide any agreed assistance and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Correspondence that is no longer needed should be deleted. You can contact us to request deletion; where an obligation requires us to retain particular records, we will explain that restriction. Communications and hosting providers apply their own retention policies to data they process.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and raise questions or concerns about its handling. Use the privacy contact above. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (opens in a new tab).
Changes
We may update this notice when the hosting platform, contact methods or data practices change. The current version is available on this page.
